  1. To have a healthy lifestyle, basically we need to have a balance eating diet, regular exercise and enough rest.
    Balance eating diet:
    For a normal teenager, 12-14 boys need 2200 calories per day and girls need 1800, teens aged 15-18 need extra 500 calories. We should eat most in carbohydrates, then is vegetable and fruit to gain dietary fibre, meat and diary product to gain protein. And we should eat less oil, especially hydrogenated vegetable oils and those products contain trans-fat.
    Regular exercise:
    We have to do at least 30 minutes of physical exercise per day. It is less impact to do less than 30 minutes exercise per day. Doing exercise can improve our ability, for example respiration system.
    Enough rest:
    We should sleep at least 6 hours per day, of course if we can, sleep 8 hours will be better. We have to rest, so we have the energy to do anything.

    First , We need to have a balanced diet . It means that we should eat things according to the food pyramid , or eat food in proportion .
    Second , we should have enough rest . We need to sleep at least eight hours per day . To let metabolism to take place .
    Third , we need to have regular exercise . We should do at least thirty minutes exercise everyday . For example , walking , jogging , gym etc .
    Fourth , release our pressure in a right way . Everyone has pressure . If we cope with the stress for a long time , we may feel very tired , it may also affect our daily life and health . So , we need to release our stress in a right way , for example , listen to music , play ball games etc .

    I do agree that it's important to get a good night sleep. However, it seems that it's near impossible for me to get myself fully charged for the next day when I'm busying myself late into the night. I hope that none of you will follow my example.   7. I think to maintain a healthy lifestyle should do the following things.
    First, we should have a balanced diet, every kinds of food have their own functions and nutrition, so we should a balanced diet to absorb the nutritions.
    Second, we should do regular exercise, it is a physical activities, we can go to swim in summer, running or even find a silent place to breath seriously is also a kind of exercise, because it can make our body more healthy.

I know many people are very busy, so do not have time to do exercise. But I think that these all are their excuse. And I think that 20 minutes per day is not too much.   20. Having a healthy life is very important and it might directly affect our quality of life. Hong Kong people are also so busy that they think they don't have time to do more for their health.

    In my shoes, maintaining a healthy life is very simple. The simplest ways is to have a balance diet, do exercise regularly and take sufficient rest.

    Sufficient rest helps us to recover our mental health. In addition to our brain, every part of our body needs to take rest. Heart, lung, pancrea, they have been "working" for a long time and sleeping (resting) is exactly what they need to prepare for another battle on the next day. It is believed that one can do nothing without good mental health.

    Having a balance diet helps our body to absorb different nutrients and energy required.
    Protein, is used to build up body and cells struture. Carbonhydrates and fats are used supllying energy for our body cells. A bad diet can lead to lots of diseases.

  26. It is very important for have a healthy lifestyle.There was a new two weeks ago, it was about many of Hong Kong citizens. They eat too much junk food,such as fried food, meat... Most of us don't have enough time for sleep as well. Some of us may use the time for work, for study...However, some of us use the time for entertainments. If we don't have enough time for rest, we can't do other things or work intently.
    Therefore, we should have our healthy lifestyle. If we have a lifestyle, we will not sick so many.

    Secondly, do some weight-training. Strength training is almost as important as cardio exercise to the aging body.     First, we should eat healthy, what is healthy? We need to eat 3 vegetable and 2 fruit in everyday, and we should not eat too much rice or noodle everyday, because they are much kcal.
    Second, we must do excise, we need to do excise 20 minutes in everyday, so that it will be more healthy. We can running, swimming ect…

    Firstly, A healthy lifestyle should include enough sleep. People always cut-off their sleeping time to cover the time that they use for work. But that's not good for a person. Even they's teenage or adult, they also have to sleep at least 8 hours a day. Only enough sleep can give people energy for work and maintain our health.
    Secondly, we must eat more healthily. Eat food not for convenient or save time for work, is for keep your body more Healthy. Thurs, we have to

    Actually, healthy lifestyle has included 3 points.

    Firstly, we should Exercise more. We need to do more exercise to train our body. It is because it can help maintain flexibility as you age and improve mood and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression Enhance self esteem.
